My name is Charles “Chuck” Matalonis, Jr., and I am pleased to offer my construction services to all of St. Petersburg and Pinellas County. I started my career acquiring, owning, and maintaining several rental properties in Southern Wisconsin, and also remodeling homes along Lake Michigan’s north shore in Illinois.

Throughout my career, I was certified as a Licensed Home Inspector in IL and also obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Southern IL University for automotive technology. There is no job too big or small for me to help you with!

I started Home and Harbor Services LLC this year (2024) in Florida because, like most of you, I am ready to settle into island life and escape the harsh winters up north. Lucky for you, I am experienced for issues to come up in any season, any time, and almost anywhere!
